TotalAssuance offers an unparalleled level of support and value for the customer which has mission critical systems and cannot afford any unforeseen downtime.  Our TotalAssurance plan employ an ITCS field service technician that has been fully trained to work on your systems for the duration and applicable on-site hours of the purchased contract/service plan.  TotalAssurance allows our field service technicians to conduct scheduled systems maintenance, address any open issues as well as conduct preventive maintenance on all systems to ensure upkeep and to avoid unnecessary downtime, which depending on the customer and business nature, will often translate to a large financial impact on the business and its customers should unforeseen downtime occur.  These plans also offer similar discount rates as the Pre-Paid Service Plans. Pre-Paid Service Plans

ITCS offers support on your systems and/or software applications that is conducted via on-site premises support and/or remote assistance via the use of ITCS’s remote assistance technology application. On- site premises and remote assistance support will be conducted by someone from ITCS’s highly trained technical staff who’s been authorized to work on the customer’s systems on behalf of ITCS. These plans offer discounts of up to 29% off our regular rates.

Non-Contract Rates

ITCS offers competitive non-contract rates for companies on a budget that have fewer needs. The business still enjoys ITCS’s superior support but has no long-term commitments. ITCS conducts both on-site and off-site service for non-contract customers.
